Stage 1
Register
Check your eligibility for the programme and register your interest. Complete the on-line form and submit it to us. We will then contact you to arrange a meeting.
Stage 2
Meet your keyworker
Your personal keyworker will be with you for the duration of your involvement with Building Futures. Together you will agree how often you meet and when and where is convenient for you. You will begin to have a general discussion about career paths, courses and volunteering opportunities.
Stage 3
Create your plan
You and your keyworker will create a personalised action plan. This includes any additional support you may require including childcare or help with transport or mental health provision.
Stage 4
Get started on your plan
Start putting your plan into action! Everyone’s plan will be different and will be at your own pace. You will review it at regular meetings and adjust it if you need to.
Stage 5
Move towards your goal
Your end goal will be to secure a job, volunteering or even a further education course.
